Self Care Box is a collection of things that bring joy, comfort or relief when things are tough. 

Read some advice from Young Minds

Things you could think about including: 

  • Book (a happy one, it can provide somewhere to escape to when things are overwhelming)
  • Personal Growth Book/Journal/Paper and Pen 
  • Nail Polish or Makeup 
  • Magazine
  • Photos of family, friends, pets or anything else that makes you happy
  • A list of positive quotes and phrases that will inspire you
  • Any cards or letters from others that make you happy 
  • A list of your favourite (happy!) songs to remind you to listen to it 
  • Nail Polish, Face Masks, Massage Projects etc 
  • Stress balls or other fiddle toys 
  • Bath or shower projects 
  • Candles 
  • Chocolate 
  • Hot chocolate 
  • Snacks 
  • Herbal Tea

Most of all self-care boxes are personal so YOU get to decide what is best to put in there!
